About the event
Puppy kindergarten class runs for 6 weeks every Tuesday night from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The cost is $140 per dog. You and your family members will attend with your puppy. Puppy class focuses on good manners while using basic training techniques, problem solving, and teaching good handler skills. Some topics covered are:
- Sit/stand/down
- Stay
- Wait
- Come
- Loose leash walking
- Bed/place
- Socialization with people and puppies
- Discourage jumping
- Leave-it/give/drop-it
- Food bowl manners
By the end of class you will have improved your ability to teach your puppy in mulitiple settings while exposing him/her to many everyday situations.
